Services outside of Normal Support (quoted and billed separately) include:

• Proof-of-Concept (POC) for first time applications to the HPC cloud environment.
• First time integration of your application with security, privacy, windows, backup and OS. Applying your IT Backup, Security and Privacy policies.
• Infrastructure to test your own applications.
• Specific fulfillment web front-ends for your customer environment.
• Specific metering and billing for your organization.
• Enhanced Disaster Recovery – 2 sets of head nodes in 2 different data center locations.
• Utilize multiple Cloud Infrastructure Providers (IaaS providers).

The Developer Plan provides access to supported applications on elastic clusters. Bandwidth and compute time are charged at the same cost as the Amazon Infrastructure, giving you access to CycleCloud™ for free.

Other plans include encryption, larger pools and e-mail/phone support. Support can be provided with varying service level agreements including 24/7 availability and guaranteed response times, depending upon your needs. You can easily upgrade your Developer Plan or one of our Supported Plans to get additional functionality. Please contact us to sign up for a trial account.

For all accounts, all usage is prepaid via credit card, with invoice and other billing options available.
